Izzy is the driving force behind igoeliteCoaching, bringing a wealth of experience in the women’s and girls’ game. Her journey in football began at Lewes FC U13s and took her all the way to earning her first-team contract with Lewes FC. Along the way, she has also played for Brighton and Worthing, and she now continues her career at Saltdean FC.
As a centre-back herself, Izzy is passionate about using her knowledge and experiences to inspire and develop the next generation of players. Her goal is to give every girl she coaches the tools, confidence, and belief to reach their full potential and develop as a footballer and a person.

Liv carpenter
Sarah brings a unique perspective to coaching, drawing from her experience as a semi-professional footballer. Her coaching philosophy centers around building confidence and resilience in young athletes.
Liv brings a wealth of academy football experience to our coaching team, having come all the way through Brighton’s academy system from the age of 6 to 19 where she then made a loan move to Lewes FC. A talented central midfielder, Liv is known for her excellent game-reading ability, her vision on the ball, and her knack for pulling off screamers out of nowhere!
Passionate about inspiring the next generation, Liv is eager to share her knowledge, experience, and love for the game with the girls we coach.
